ACCT Inspector Certification Event

ACCT will be hosting an Inspector Certification event in conjunction with the PCAL event at Buena Vista del Rincón, Costa Rica, in September! This week-long event will provide education and certification opportunities for individuals interested in learning more about Inspections, Training, and Operations in the challenge course industry.

Participants will be able to register for courses such as In-House Challenge Course Inspector or Instructor, Administration and Risk Management in Adventure Parks, Adventure Park Maintenance Technician, the ACCT Inspector Certification Prep Course and Exam, and Marketing, Innovation, and Social Media for Successful Adventure Park Management. 

ACCT will be hosting the Prep Course from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. from September 9th to 11th, with testing on Thursday, September 12th. This would allow participants in the afternoons to either study more for the test on Thursday or engage in recreational activities at Hacienda Buena Vista del Rincón. 

Registration:

PCAL: To register for this Training Event with PCAL, please go to the PCAL Website for more information. You will need to register for this event before you can register for courses.

ACCT: After you have registered for the event, you will be able to register for the ACCT Prep Course and Exam. Everyone is welcome to join the ACCT Prep Course, but this course is a mandatory requirement for new applicants. If you are already an ACCT Certified Inspector, you do not need to attend the ACCT Prep Course. You are able to sign-up for just the Exam portion if you need to renew your certification or take the next level exam. If you just want to do the ACCT Prep Course for education purposes and not take an exam, you are able to do that as well. You will need to take the exam to receive an ACCT Certification.

If you are applying for the ACCT Certification Exam, you will need to ensure you meet the eligibility requirements before you submit your application.

Once you have registered for the PCAL Training Event and you have reviewed the eligibility, you can fill out THIS APPLICATION for the Prep Course and/or the ACCT Certification Exam.
