Regulation Map
This map shows the states regulating aerial adventure courses, zip lines, and challenge courses in the United States. ACCT staff work to assure the information is as accurate as possible. It is important that users confirm regulatory requirements with the authority having jurisdiction. The data on this page is collected by ACCT staff through phone calls, emails, and interviews with regulators. However, the regulatory environment is changing rapidly and the information on this map may be out of date or incomplete. ACCT assumes no responsibility or legal liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracy of the information presented on these maps. Please forward comments and concerns to info@ACCTinfo.org. We are willing to expand our regulatory tracking beyond the borders of the US map, but have not fully investigated the best path for collecting and verifying that data at this time.
Have you been alerted to an update in your area that you think should be on our map?
