Finance Committee
Purpose
- Develop a comprehensive set of fiscal policies in collaboration with the Executive Director and Treasurer.
- Adopt, create, and/or review efficient and transparent management systems and reporting to ensure that funds are properly handled for the benefit of the ACCT.
- Monitor financial trends and prepare an annual report for the Board. Coordinate an audit for the ACCT finances a minimum of once every 5 years.
- Ensure that fiscal policies, procedures, and budgeting protocols have long-term sustainability for the organization.
