Regulatory Updates
We have some updates on the inplementation of 2022 inclusions in regulations in the State of Maryland and current requirements. The rules for youth camps in the State of Maine are being updated and ACCT has submitted comments on the proposed draft. An update should come soon on the changes that we've been tracking and seeking clarity on in the State of Florida's inspections. Additionally, if you haven’t seen the statement clarifying the State of Tennessee’s climbing wall exemption, we’ve included it here.
ACCT Board of Directors Elections are open. Ballots have been emailed. If you have a question about who received a ballot for your company, or how to find your ballot, please direct them to membership@acctinfo.org.
