We uphold a culture of inclusivity, mutual support, growth, and learning. On every trip, guides will be expected to teach necessary skills and facilitate meaningful outdoor adventures while managing risk and social group dynamics.

Adventures you will guide may include: Zip lining, rock climbing, flatwater kayaking, a mud obstacle course, an alpine tower, an aerial park, paintball, fishing trips, pontoon boat trips, stand up paddleboarding, mountain biking, and hiking.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Load, unload, manage, and care for equipment and gear

No experience is needed and training is no cost to the participant.
