Monday through Wednesday, our conference will have a familiar feel, but with one exciting addition: a volunteer social! All ACCT annual volunteers are invited to join us for an evening of celebration and community. Mark your calendars now, and stay tuned for more details to come!

Thursday is packed with opportunities - pre-conference training sessions and the opening night of the Exhibit Hall! We've made adjustments to the schedule to provide more time for networking and exploring. The pre-conference sessions will end slightly earlier, and the expo will open earlier as well. Join us for a cocktail reception inside the expo, and we'll wrap up the day around 6:30 p.m.

Friday and Saturday offer an array of workshop sessions in different time blocks. We've listened to your feedback and made changes to accommodate presenters who don't need the full 90 minutes. This opens up opportunities for fresh and diverse topics. During the longer coffee breaks, enjoy exploring the expo. We have fine-tuned the schedule to create additional dedicated expo time without any simultaneous workshops.

Speaking of food and beverage, Get ready for some delicious enhancements in Oklahoma City! To kickstart your mornings, we'll be providing coffee inside the Expo on Friday and Saturday. Additionally, lunch will be served inside the Expo on both days. And the best part? This will be included in your attendee registration, allowing you to fully engage with vendors and explore a wide range of products and services during those times. While food won't be provided during the evening receptions, we've got you covered with a selection of non-alcoholic drinks, beer, and wine. Our goal is to ensure you have an exceptional conference experience while also giving you the chance to make the most of your time in Oklahoma City!

The Olympics, a beloved tradition, will now take place after Saturday's lunch. This change ensures ample time for vendor interaction and allows attendees to connect and form strong teams for the activities.
