The purpose of this notice is to reinforce the following points below concerning Yoke N621/ N623 cable grabs:

· importance of providing instructions to end users

• N621 / N623 are shipped to you with instructions

· reinforce proper use of n621 / n623

• max 9" (225 mm) connection length between carrier cable and attachment point on the N621, N623

• N621 / N623 cable grabs are designed to protect a worker in the event of a fall while climbing FIXED LADDERS OR SIMILAR CLIMBING STRUCTURES

• N621 / N623 must only be used on vertical cable systems.  N621 / N623 are not to be used on cable that is angled or horizontal
