Rhode Island publishes COVID-19 Business Rules
Date postedJune 4, 2020
The Rhode Island Department of Health has published an emergency rule for businesses which will be in effect until at least September 5, 2020. The rules address how businesses will maintain social distancing, face coverings, and training staff as well as other areas. A specific section addresses outdoor business and recreation which would affect challenge courses, zip lines, and adventure parks. Owner operators are encouraged to carefully read the section on training which strongly supports similar training documentation practices to those outlined in the ANSI/ACCT 03-2019 Standards. The regulation can be found here.
