Conference Registration is live and, in case you missed it, the Early Bird pricing window is a very exclusive and short window that ends on September 9, 2024. Don't miss your chance for the biggest discount on attendance.

We want to remind everyone that the best and first place to find conference information is ACCTConference.com - including general information, pricing information, general agendas, exhibitor and sponsor registration, and links to service crew & scholarship applications.

The attendee registration is hosted through our member website this year, but the link to those pages can also always be found at ACCTConference.com. For those of you who've come to the conference in the past, you'll notice some big changes to the registration process.
  • Hosting registration on our member platform eliminates the need for us to sync data to another system, and no longer requires you to find / remember your Member ID. Logging in will identify you and grant you access to the member rates. We can still help organizational members make sure the right people are in your list and in membership-inheriting seats, but you may also be able to help yourself with that (and there's a video walkthrough, if you want to try or can't reach us).
  • Registering multiple people at once is possible this year. You should be able to choose anyone who's from the same company as you in step one of the registration process. You can also write in names of those who are not in your company's list, but all discounted rates are based on being in the right seats (and groups) on the platform.
  • SPECIAL NOTE: Only those people who are in the proper lists can see / purchase specially discounted tickets. For example, If you're exhibiting, the person who signed up for the booths can see those tickets; If you're a presenter or on the service crew, only you can see those specially priced tickets.

If your company wants to pay for your specially priced tickets at the same time as the rest of their attendees, you can select Invoice in the last step of your registration, someone else could register everyone else and choose Invoice, and then anyone with the proper permissions for the company can pay both open invoices at once; Alternatively, if only one person at your company is eligible for discounts, they could register everyone attending, as long as they're the person logged in.
As always, we're here to help you! On that note, something that people who've registered and attended in the past might notice is a familiar face in the crew:

Introducing Laura Purtzer Smith, Conference Project Manager

We are thrilled to formally introduce Laura Purtzer Smith as the Conference Project Manager for ACCT. Many of you already know Laura from her exceptional work with our event management team since July 2017, through our previous partnership with a third-party organization. As of early August, Laura has officially joined us as an independent contractor, continuing her contributions through post-conference debriefing.

Laura’s expertise and dedication have been evident throughout the years, and we are excited to collaborate with her in this new capacity. In her role, Laura will work closely with the ACCT Staff, the Conference Work Group, and our venue contacts in Cleveland to support another successful event. We look forward to continuing our work together!

Conference Scholarship Opportunity
Application is Live - Deadline is October 4th, 2024

Each year, ACCT awards scholarships to individuals indicating interest in sponsorship to the Annual International ACCT Conference & Expo. ACCT provides sponsorship via financial support for conference registration fees. An individual must submit a Conference Scholarship Application to indicate interest in being a candidate for sponsorship.

This year, ACCT will award a minimum of four scholarships for the 2025 Annual International ACCT Conference & Expo. The scholarship will provide financial support to assist with conference registration fees only. Scholarship recipients will be selected by the 2024-2025 Conference Work Group.

More info and the application can be found at the conference website.

The ACCT International Committee is inviting you to the next International Dialogue which will be held on 30th of August 2024, Friday at 9.30pm EST [9.30am Singapore 31st August 2024]. The zoom link is shown below.

Our primary speaker for the upcoming session is the Chair of the ACCT Accredited Operations Affinity Group, JJ Stapleton, Director of Operations of The Adventure Park at Sandy Spring.

The topic is everything you may want or need to know about being an Accredited Operations under ACCT. JJ can help to clarify any queries you may have in this area. Heather Brooks, ACCT Program Manager, will also be present to answer any questions that you may have on how to go about getting your course accredited.

This should be a very interesting talk and we look forward to seeing you guys there on zoom.
